About the programme


This is a 24-month full-time Management Associate Programme aimed at nurturing fresh graduates like you for an exciting career in the world of global markets. This programme provides a fast-track career progression of talented persons, equipping you with practical knowledge of the brokerage business. You will gain great exposure and leadership capabilities that will enable you to accelerate your career path within our firm. Upon graduation, you will be provided with exciting opportunities to work with the best across departments and markets.


Programme Objective


As our Management Associate, you can look forward to developing essential future-proofed skills that prepares you adequately to:

  • Drive innovation and change in your respective functional roles
  • Handle challenging projects and timeline
  • Be creative, decisive, flexible, agile and resilient
  • Be an effective people’s manager

Programme Structure


This programme consists of four modules:

  • Initial Orientation and Structured Training
  • On-going Development On-The-Job Learning
  • Mentorship with Leaders of the Company
  • Participating in Cornerstone Projects and Agile Sprints

You will also have the opportunity to undergo a series of specially curated class-room style (remote learning will be made available in view of COVID-19 situation) learning courses (108 hours of structured training) conducted by reputable third-party education providers. These courses will shape your mindset for the new economy covering Agile Ways of Working, Data-Driven Decision Making, Design Thinking, Experimental Mindset and Human-Centered Design.



Over the course of the 2 years, you will be attached to two departments and will experience working rotation over two functional roles. The Departments which you can look forward to working in include:

  • Marketing and Onboarding
  • Operations and Finance
  • Technology and Business Management
  • Risk Management and Client Services



Qualifications and Experience


We seek candidates with a growth mindset and outstanding qualities, such as leadership, resilience, integrity, a digital first perspective, strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. Those with Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology related field are highly preferred. (fresh graduates - within 12 months after graduation)
  • For those applying for IT and Business Management departments, a Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology related field is highly preferred.
  • A chameleon (agile, adaptable, open to fit into any situation)
  • A walking dictionary (strong writing and speaking skills in English)
  • An all-rounder (proven passion and involvement in various extra-curricular activities and hobbies)
  • An influencer (strong leadership and interpersonal skills when working with others)
  • Independent, self-motivated, results driven, with high level of integrity and ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin is preferred
  • Only Singapore citizen may apply
