*Vice premier Han Zheng emphasized on the 2022 energy low carbon development forum held in Taiyuan city that China to speed up construction of a clean, low carbon, safe and high efficient energy system with stability, safety and continuity of energy supply to be enhance. New energy and clean energy will be developed with utilization of renewable energy improved for green transformation. Market reform of price of power and natural gas will be promoted in steps with carbon pricing mechanism optimized.
*Administration of Market Regulation issued supervision and administrative methods of drug sales online, to take effect from Dec 1st 2022 which prohibit sales of vaccines, blood products and narcotic drugs online with real-name system adopted on online sales of prescription drugs.
Co Focus
*Small chance for Xiaomi to purchase plants of BAIC Bluepark with intention to set up self-built plants rather than adopting pattern of foundry production and its production of engineering vehicles been completed with software integration followed up by mid-Oct, according to someone familiar with this matter.
*CPCAAUTO: estimated vehicle sales of Tesla around 77k units for strong demand in Aug, Securities Journal reported.
*ZTE (000063 CH) suggested auto electronic business requires continuous investment and co is willing to wait for 4-5 years of incubation. Its vehicle-use operation system saw cooperation promoted with leading vehicle firms with over millions of units of terminal products been shipped.
*Tencent responded to rumors saying it plans to cut stake of listed companies by cny 100bn in 2022 that no target was set for stake cut and no external pressure faced on investment portfolio.

* Global crude oil price closed down collectively. October NYMEX contract down 3.55% to closed at $86.37/b, November Brent contract down 3.57% to closed at $92.23/b. INE crude oil active contract down 2.12% to 691.1 yuan/b.
* Precious metals closed down collectively. COMEX gold contract down 1.01% to closed at $1708.8/oz, SHFE gold active contract down 0.58% to closed at 382.44 yuan/gram.
* Metals closed down collectively, LME tin down 7.95%, LME zinc down 6.14%, LME nickel down 4.23%, LME copper down 3.22%, LME leads down 2.41%. SHFE tin down 7.07%, SHFE nickel down 4.72%, SHFE zinc down 3.82%, SHFE copper down 2.02%.
* Commodity futures closed down mostly. Energy & chemistry futures closed down collectively, fuel oil down 3.05%, PTA down 2.12%, TSR 20 down 2.11%, glass down 1.79%, soda ash down 1.41%. Black series went down collectively, iron ore down 2.98%, hot-rolled coil down 2.54%, coking coal down 2.08%, steel rebar down 1.87%. Agricultural products saw weak performance, RBD palm olein down 4.41%, soybean oil down 3.97%, rapeseed oil down 3.09%, cotton down 2.54%.
