Market entry of group lands for commercial construction in rural regions shall share equivalent rights and price with state-owned lands for construction.

*MIIT held press conference introducing development of equipment manufacturing in 10 years which emphasized to take advantage of new generation info tech to develop smart farm machines in coordination with smart agriculture and cloud farm, aiming to realize 75% of mechanization in agriculture fields by 2025.

*MIIT is seeking for public opinions on construction guidance of smart manufacturing standard system in nonferrous industry which suggests formulating the system by 2025 with over 40 standards developed to cover subsections of smart plants and satisfy needs of digital production.

*Vice head of COSCO Shipping suggested marginal change of supply-demand in shipping market as reason behind declining shipment price. Transport capacity was gradually eased after blocks in main ports eased while demand slid down under inflation and high energy price.

* Precious metals closed down collectively. COMEX gold contract down 0.56% to closed at $1712.9/oz, SHFE gold active contract down 0.45% to closed at 386.12 yuan/gram.

* Metals closed mixed, LME tin down 1.99%, LME aluminum down 1.09%, LME leads up 1.47%. SHFE tin down 1.78%, SHFE zinc down 0.76%, SHFE aluminum down 0.57%. SHFE copper up 0.53%.

* Commodity futures closed down mostly. Energy & chemistry futures saw mixed performance, EB up 1.43%, LLDPE up1.1%, fuel oil down 4.58%, soda ash down 2.58%, TSR 20 down 1.49%, PTA down 1.44%. Black series went down mostly, coking coal down 1.91%, coke down 1.6%, iron ore down 1.08%.
