Policy
*Xi Jinping, the chairman of the Central Military Commission, recently signed an order to release the “Measures for the Implementation of the People's Republic of China Population and Family Planning Law by the Army”, which will be implemented from September 10th, 2023.
*Shanghai issued the “Notice on Policies Related to Supporting Urban Renewal of Housing Provident Fund in this City”, which pointed out to implement housing provident fund support policies for the old housing renewal and renovation projects included in the urban renewal scope of this city. And issued “Notice on Adjusting the Long-Term Loan for Purchase Stocked Housing with Housing Provident Fund in this City”, which will be implemented from October 7th.
Industrial Economy
*The output value of China nuclear technology application has approached cny 700 bn by the end of 2022, with an average annual growth rate of more than 15%. Among them, the proportion of industrial application output value exceeds 50% and the proportion of medical nuclear technology output value is about 20%. The application of nuclear technology in China has great development space, and it is expected to reach a market scale of trillions of yuan by 2025.
*Shandong Province has increased its efforts in centralized procurement of traditional Chinese medicine with quantity, and launched a centralized procurement of 200 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules this year.
*The Price Department of the NDRC and the Futures Department of CSRC organized some futures companies to hold meetings to analyze the iron ore market and price situation, and remind enterprises to comprehensively and objectively analyze the market situation.
*Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce together with relevant departments formulated and issued “Several Measures to Engage in Car Circulation and Expand Car Update Consumption in Shanghai”, further facilitating the circulation of cars in this city and expanding car update consumption.
