Industrial Economy
*MIIT publicly solicited opinions on the establishment plan of the metaverse standardization working group, which pointed out to accelerate the development of basic standards such as metaverse terms and reference architecture, as well as industrial application standards in fields such as industrial manufacturing and communication.
*MoF and other four departments issued an announcement regarding increasing the deduction ratio of research and development expenses for integrated circuit and industrial mother-machine enterprises, which stated that during the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027, a pre-tax deduction of 120% of the actual amount incurred. For intangible assets, they are amortized before tax at 220% of the cost of intangible assets during the above period.
*Shanghai recently issued “Action Plan for Promoting Genetherapy Technology Innovation and Industrial Development (2023-2025)”, which offered a maximum financial support of 30 million yuan.
*Ministry of Water Resources: Promote the high-quality development of the follow-up project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, accelerate the planning and construction of regional, provincial, municipal and county water networks.

*PBoC and SAFE held a symposium between foreign financial institutions and foreign-funded enterprises, listened to relevant opinions and suggestions, studied increasing financial support for stabilizing foreign trade and foreign investment, further optimized work related to foreign investment environment.
*CSRC recently proposed to modify the “Guidelines for the Supervision of Listed Companies No.3-Cash Dividends for Listed Companies”, which requires disclosure and explanation of that the dividends of listed companies on the main board have not reached a certain proportion.
