*China four major banks collectively released announcement that controlling shareholders Huijin Ltd.increased its holdings of A-shares of the bank by approximately 477 million yuan, and will continue to do so within the next six months.

*The State Council recently issued the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Inclusive Finance”, which clarified the guiding ideology, basic principles and main goals for promoting high-quality development of inclusive finance in the next five years, and proposed a series of policy measures.

*China’s first batch of ETFs to invest in gold industry names in CSI, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong were officially approved. The target index of the product is one-click package of gold industrialchain, highly focused on gold mining names, with gold mine equity weighing over 70% and gold retail equity weighing up to 10%.

*The Department of Raw Materials Industry of the MIIT organized a symposium on carbon peak work in the nonferrous metals and building materials industry for 2023 in Chengdu, Sichuan on October 11th, which pointed out to accelerate the intelligent and green transformation and upgrading of nonferrous metals and building materials industries.
