*The State Council Premier Li Qiang presided over the executive meeting on December 18th, listened to the report on the progress of accelerating the construction of a national unified market work, discussed and passed the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting High-Quality Development of Disease Prevention and Control”, and approved the “County Mine Safety Production Regulations”.
*The State Administration of Financial Regulation publicly solicited opinions on the “Management Measures for Consumer Finance Companies”, which pointed out that the leverage ratio of consumer finance companies shall not be less than 4% to limit blind expansion.
*MoC: On the basis of in-depth research, it will be reported to the State Council for deliberation and promulgation of “Several Measures on Accelerating the Integrated Development of Domestic and Foreign Trade”.
Industrial Economy
*General Administration of Customs: Support eligible enterprises to carry out domestic and foreign trade container transportation on the same ship, improve logistics convenience.
*Shanxi Province issued the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Development of Energy Electronics Industry”, which proposed that by 2030, the comprehensive strength of energy electronics industry will continue to improve, with an output value of over cny 300bn and continuous improvement in industrial clusters and ecological systems.
International Relationship
*Russian Prime Minister Mihuskin will come to China to attend the 28th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian Prime Ministers From December 19th to 20th, at the invitation of Premier Li Qiang of the State Council.
