Xi’s Emphasis
*Chairman Xi Jinping presided over the fourth meeting of the Central Comprehensive Deepening Reform Commission, which emphasized to enhance support for high-quality development in advantageous areas, promote comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, further enhance grassroots emergency management capabilities, and accelerate the formation of basic systems supporting comprehensive innovation.
Industrial Economy
*The State Administration for Financial Regulation issued the “Measures for the Supervision and Rating of Auto Finance Companies”, which proposed to guide auto finance companies to adhere to the function of specialized consumer credit to further release the potential of automobile consumption and expand domestic demand.
*Hainan Province issued the notice on adjusting the minimum down payment ratio for first-time personal housing loans for housing provident, which lowered the minimum down payment ratio from 25% to 20%.
*Ministry of Agriculture and Rural hold an executive meeting to emphasize planning for spring plowing and preparation in advance, coordinating and developing agricultural input reserves, adjusting transportation, focusing on large-scale increases in yield per unit area, refining and implementing the main technology model of regional varieties, guiding all regions to implement key production increase technologies such as dense planting, striving for further increases in yield per unit area.
