- Chairman Xi Jinping emphasized the necessity to revitalize development and achieve universal prosperity. Since the Global Development Initiative was proposed 3 years ago, nearly $20 billion development funds have been mobilized and more than 1,100 projects have been carried out.

-Shanghai Customs data shows that, Jan-Sep the import and export volume of Shanghai Port to other BRICS countries 747.76 billion yuan, up 5.4% y/y, accounting for 16.2% of the national total volume.
