*MoC and Zhejiang Province jointly issued the “Construction Plan of Bulk Commodity Resource Allocation Hub in China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone”, which encourages financial institutions to provide long-term and stable financial support for the construction of bulk commodity storage and transportation infrastructure by means of equity investment, bonds, private equity funds and insurance asset management products.
