-Shanghai issued an action plan to promote high-quality development in the construction industry and accelerate the cultivation of new growth drivers, which encourages construction companies to integrate homogeneous businesses, form complementary industrial chains, and establish construction groups with full industrial chain capabilities.

-Guangdong province issued AI Manufacturing Action Plan (2025-2027) encourages “model vouchers” for industrial AI services, establishes model evaluation systems, and supports companies using local computing resources with “computing vouchers” to reduce costs.

-Guangzhou city issued consumption boost plan, which outlines measures to increase incomes, improve agricultural support policies, and meet housing demand. Key 2025 targets include renovating over 150 old residential communities and investing 100 bn yuan in urban village redevelopment. The plan also promotes using national bonds for elevator upgrades and special loans to purchase housing stock for resettlement.

-According to data released by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, domestic residents made 4.998 bn trips in 3Q2025, an increase of 761 mn yoy, up 18.0%. Domestic tourism spending reached 4.85 tn yuan, a yoy increase of 0.50 tn yuan, rising 11.5%.
