The draft expands the scope regulated by the law. Based on existing platforms and in-platform operators, it further clarifies the rights and obligations of other participants in the platform economy.<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"\"><strong>*Industry<\/strong><\/div><div data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"\">&#8211; UBS has significantly raised its forecast for memory chip prices, projecting that DDR contract prices will rise 32% quarter-on-quarter in the third quarter and 18% quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter.<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"\">&#8211; Doubao and Qwen Agent functions will be discontinued.
