*The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to deepen comprehensive reforms on capital market investment and financing, boost market resilience and confidence. It will promptly formulate practical incremental policies, strengthen counter-cyclical adjustments and further expand domestic demand.<\/span><\/p>

Industrial Economy<\/strong><\/p>

*OpenAI\u2019s CFO disclosed at an internal meeting that its annualized revenue in July exceeded that of Q2. OpenAI is negotiating with Nvidia for up to $250 billion in funding to support new AI data centers.<\/span><\/p>

*The EU plans to invest $114 billion, paired with $228 billion in private capital, to build seven AI super-factories equipped with at least 100,000 cutting-edge AI chips.<\/span><\/p>

*Meta stated it has committed nearly $700 billion in future spending via long and short-term agreements for AI data centers, cloud computing and other areas.<\/span><\/p>
