-Tianjin city has issued the “Tianjin AI Innovation Development Action Plan (2025–2027)”, which sets the goal of breaking through 100 key core technologies by 2027 and achieving national leading positions in fields such as graphics processing units (GPUs), AI operating systems, AI servers, and embodied intelligence.
-China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, and the CAICT have jointly launched the construction of a computing power internet testbed network.
-The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have mandated that government vehicles procured through centralized purchasing must be domestically manufactured, with priority given to NEVs.
-Six major polysilicon producers—GCL Tech, Tongwei Co., Daqo New Energy, Xinte Energy, Asia Silicon, and East Hope Group are reportedly planning to establish a 70-bn-yuan industry fund to acquire and consolidate smaller competitors, according to market rumors. -Gotion High-tech announced that it has completed the construction of a pilot production line for all-solid-state batteries, with a designed capacity of 0.2GWh. The entire production line is 100% independently developed, achieving 100% localization of core equipment, and holds over 30 patent applications.
