Policy

-NDRC and other six other departments jointly issued the Notice on Implementing Certain Measures to Encourage Foreign Investment Enterprises to Reinvestment in China, and implemented relevant tax support policies, encouraging foreign investors to reinvest in China, and promoting more effective investment.

-The National Office of the Coordination Mechanism for Export Control Work has deployed and promoted a special action against strategic mineral smuggling exports.

-The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, NDRC, and State Administration for Market Regulation jointly held a symposium on the NEV industry to deploy and further standardize the competition order of the NEV Industry.

-The State Administration for Market Regulation carried out administrative interviews and required takeaway platform enterprises to compete rationally.

-Ministry of Commerce announced that from Jan to Jun 2025, 30014 new foreign-invested enterprises were established nationwide, up 11.7% y/y. Actual use of foreign capital was CNY 423.23bn, down 15.2% y/y.
