*MARA and nine other government departments jointly issued the “Implementation Plan for Promoting Agricultural Product Consumption”, outlining nine key measures to effectively expand the consumption of agricultural products and enhance the quality and efficiency of online sales.

*Premier Li Qiang presided over the State Council executive meeting to deploy measures for the gradual implementation of free preschool education, as part of efforts to expand access to affordable early childhood education nationwide.

*Tesla showcased its latest innovations at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference, including intelligent electric vehicles, humanoid robots, smart assisted-driving technologies and V4 superchargers, with plans to further deploy its smart assisted-driving system in China within the year.

*Shanghai released the “Modu Speedwise Autonomous Driving Initiative Action Plan” for its high-level autonomous driving pilot zone, with the overarching goal of basically establishing a globally leading high-level autonomous driving hub by 2027 and forming an internationally competitive intelligent connected vehicle (ICV) industrial cluster.

*Unitree Robot officially launched its third-generation humanoid robot “Unitree R1 Smart Companion”, priced starting at cny 39,900, designed for developer customization, the ultra-lightweight robot (approx. 25kg) integrates multimodal large models for voice and image processing.

*The National Bureau of Statistics: Jan-Jun China’s industrial enterprises above designated size achieved total profits of cny 3.436tn, down 1.8% y/y, in June alone, industrial profits fell by 4.3% y/y.
