The list of Counterparties and Intermediaries is subject to change and may not be exhaustive. The inclusion of the name of any Counterparty or Intermediary in the list is in no way indicative of any endorsement or support of Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte Ltd ("Orient Futures") by the Counterparty or Intermediary, nor is it meant to imply any relationship other than an arm’s-length business relationship between Orient Futures and the Counterparty or Intermediary where the Client’s Order is concerned. Capitalised terms have the same meanings as in the Client Agreement.

Without prejudice to the generality of the applicable Clauses in the Client Agreement including but not limited to Clause 15 Orient Futures’ Rights, and Section 3 Additional Risk Disclosures “Counterparty and intermediary default risks”, please note that in respect of any Transaction effected on the Order of a Client or otherwise, Orient Futures may use the services of one or more of the Counterparties or Intermediaries in the above list and place the Client’s Order with the Counterparty(ies) and Intermediary(ies).
In the unlikely event of the failure or insolvency of a Counterparty or Intermediary for whatever reason, including but not limited to “black swan” events, governmental actions, exchange actions or failures, failure of other counterparties or of service providers resulting in market disruptions, etc., the Client is solely responsible for the risk and exposure of the Order, and the Client should note that funds due to the Client may be delayed due to the failure or insolvency of the Counterparty or Intermediary.
