Marcus Goi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“OFIS”).

As the CEO, Mr Goi is responsible for spearheading the internationalisation strategy of OFIS with a ‘disruptive’ business model that offers a unique trading solution and customer experience to clients globally. Using cutting-edge technology, OFIS intends to capitalise on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Smart Data by providing innovative technological solutions as part of its wider strategy to set new standards in the brokerage industry, and drive new-age transformation for the future of brokerage services.

​Mr Goi has over 24 years of experience in the financial services and capital markets industry. Prior to joining OFIS, he was the Head of Commercial and Global Sales at UOB Bullion and Futures (“UOBBF”), where he was fully in-charge of UOB’s brokerage business development and global sales strategies covering all products, client profiles, and geography. Mr Goi was also a key member of UOBBF’s management committee which provided effective business strategies, strong market leadership, and efficient capital management.

A well-known figure in the capital markets space, Mr Goi personally led the creation of UOB’s low latency global trading network and solutions which developed a massive clientele base and volume. Mr Goi brings with him deep expertise in managing strategy and business development for exchange traded derivatives, OTC clearing and leverage FX, gained from his tenure with UOBBF.

An avid driver of transformation in brokerage services for the future; Marcus brings with him deep expertise in business strategy and development in exchange traded derivatives, OTC clearing and leveraged FX.

Teck Ngee is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Orient Futures international (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“OFIS”).

Mr Low has over 20 years of experience in the banking and capital markets industry. Prior to joining OFIS, he was the Executive Director and Head of Product Support at United Overseas Bank (“UOB”). Over the course of Mr Low’s career, he has led teams in the project management and implementation of core Capital Market systems, covering products that include Foreign Exchange, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Money Market, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities Derivatives, and Equities Derivatives.  

Mr Low has also overseen the successful completion of several key projects, including the ideation, design, and implementation of UOB’s first electronic foreign exchange trading, market-making and distribution platforms; and the overseas implementation of Capital Market middle and back office systems in numerous foreign markets (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, United States, United Kingdom and Australia). 

Mr Low holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Analysis) degree from Nanyang Technological University, and a Master of Science (Financial Engineering) degree from the National University of Singapore. He is also an accredited Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
