新加坡,2026年4月22日—东证期货新加坡宣布,其已正式获得上海期货交易所(“上期所”)批准的境外中介机构(OI)资质,该资质自2026年4月22日起生效。

这一里程碑恰逢上期所镍期货通过国际化及合格境外投资者(QFI)渠道正式向国际参与者开放之际,标志着中国衍生品市场向全球投资者持续开放进程中迈出了重要一步。

凭借此次获批的资质,东证期货新加坡现已持有中国四家大宗商品期货交易所—上海期货交易所(SHFE)、上海国际能源交易中心(INE)、大连商品交易所(DCE)和郑州商品交易所(ZCE)的全部境外中介机构资质。这一成就使其成为国际参与者直接进入中国境内衍生品市场的综合通道。

上期所境外中介资质的获批,使东证期货新加坡能够支持客户交易更广泛的关键商品,包括镍等基础金属。

这一时机尤为关键,因为上期所的镍期货已向境外投资者开放,为全球市场参与者创造了新的机会,使其能够开展对冲和风险管理活动,执行国际与中国市场之间的套利策略,并更直接地参与中国关键工业金属的价格发现。
