*Suzhou’s Proposal for the 16th Five-Year Plan: Increase efforts in housing replacement programs and housing voucher to revitalize the stock of commercial housing. *MIIT publicly solicited feedback on the draft approval of 91 communication industry standards, including the “Classification Method for Service Application Scenarios of the BeiDou Satellite Navigation System”.
*The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development stated that efforts will be made to systematically establish fundamental systems for real estate development, financing, sales and effectively leverage the role of the real estate financing white list mechanism.
