*OpenAI’s CFO disclosed at an internal meeting that its annualized revenue in July exceeded that of Q2. OpenAI is negotiating with Nvidia for up to $250 billion in funding to support new AI data centers.

*The EU plans to invest $114 billion, paired with $228 billion in private capital, to build seven AI super-factories equipped with at least 100,000 cutting-edge AI chips.

*Meta stated it has committed nearly $700 billion in future spending via long and short-term agreements for AI data centers, cloud computing and other areas.

*Anthropic plans to lease a new 1.6GW campus in Texas. Google will guarantee rental and power costs and supply TPU chips.
