It clarifies that the development of intelligent agents shall adhere to the basic principles of security and controllability, standardization and orderliness, innovation-driven growth, and application-oriented guidance.

– The latest data from the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) shows that the number of new A-share investor accounts opened in April totaled 2.4913 million, up 29% y/y, but down 46% m/m from 4.6014 million in March. A total of 14.53 million new accounts were opened in the first four months of 2026, up 54.7% from the same period in 2025.
 
– According to preliminary statistics from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), retail sales in China’s passenger vehicle market reached 1.406 million units in April, down 20% y/y and 15% m/m. The cumulative retail volume since the start of the year stood at 5.628 million units, down 18% y/y. Wholesale deliveries by passenger vehicle manufacturers amounted to 2.13 million units in April, dropping 3% y/y and 10% m/m. The total wholesale volume so far this year reached 7.997 million units, down 6% y/y.
 
– According to customs statistics, in the first four months of 2026, China’s total import and export volume of goods trade reached 16.23 trillion yuan, up 14.9% y/y. Of this total, exports stood at 9.33 trillion yuan, up 11.3%, and imports were 6.9 trillion yuan, a rise of 20%. In April alone, China’s total goods trade imports and exports amounted to 4.38 trillion yuan, growing by 14.2%. Exports were 2.48 trillion yuan, an increase of 9.8%, while imports hit 1.9 trillion yuan, up 20.6%.
