Onboarding and Required Documents
Onboard with us today electronically via our Client Portal. For individual /joint accounts, these are the documents required. For more information, please click here:
- NRIC / National ID / Passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Proof of Residential Address (dated within latest 3 months)
- Proof of Mailing Address (if different from residential address, dated within latest 3 months)
- Proof of Bank Ownership (showing applicant’s name and bank account number)
- Chinese nationality client is required to provide their Offshore Bank Account details.

How to Deposit
Deposit Procedure
You may deposit by cheque or bank transfer.
For Bank transfer, please note that all bank fees incurred in the remittance of funds to OFIS shall be borne by the customer. Due to bank remittance fees charged by the banks, the quantum of funds received by OFIS for deposit into your account may be lower than the transferred quantum of funds. Deposits by cheque should be made payable to the beneficiary name indicated in the Banking SSI at the bottom of the page. Please indicate your trading account number, name of account holder and contact number on the back of the cheque. SGD cheques and USD cheques must be drawn from a bank in Singapore with Local (Singapore) clearing. Please provide a copy of the front and back of the cheque before depositing. After you have deposited the funds, kindly log into our Client Portal to submit the Funds Deposit form (Funds Transfer > Deposit). This enables us to trace your remittance and you will be notified once the funds are sighted.
How to Withdraw
Submit a Funds Withdrawal form Funds Withdrawal form via our Client Portal (Funds Transfer > Withdrawal). Your funds will be transferred into the bank account maintained with us once we received your request and you will be notified accordingly.
*Please note that all bank fees incurred fro Yohe remittance of funds by OFIS shall be ultimately borne by the customer. OFIS will transfer the specified quantum set out in your Funds Withdrawal form to your account and charge all bank remittance fees in a separate transaction. For more details, please click here.
How safe is the fund in my account with Orient Futures Singapore.
When you deposit money into an Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Orient Futures Singapore”) account, you can be assured of the following:
- Your money is held in segregated client bank (independent trust) accounts at established regulated banks.
- Your money is separated (not co-mingled) with Orient Futures Singapore’s own money.
- Orient Futures Singapore does not use your money for the firm’s business activities. :
- Your money is protected from creditors in the unlikely event that Orient Futures Singapore goes into liquidation.
- Orient Futures Singapore holds a Capital Market Services (CMS) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and fully complies with MAS regulations in the conduct of all our business.
