-The Cyberspace Administration of China and 10 other competent departments have jointly issued the Implementation Opinions on Improving the Convenience of Digital Services for Foreign Nationals Entering China, which sets forth that by 2027, the internationalization and convenience of digital services for entry will be significantly enhanced, and the basic digital services will become more smooth and efficient.

International relationship

-The United States has officially established a critical minerals alliance. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that all parties have a responsibility to play a constructive role in safeguarding the stability and security of the global industrial and supply chains for critical minerals. At the same time, we oppose any country undermining the international economic and trade order with rules of exclusive blocs.

-According to the latest statistics from the China Gold Association, in 2025, the domestic gold output from indigenous raw materials stood at 381.339 tons, up 1.09% y/y. Gold output from imported raw materials reached 170.681 tons, rising by 8.81% y/y. China’s total gold consumption amounted to 950.096 tons, down 3.57% y/y. Among this total, consumption of gold jewelry was 363.836 tons, down 31.61% y/y, while that of gold bars and gold coins hit 504.238 tons, up 35.14% y/y.

-The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing announced that China’s Logistics Prosperity Index stood at 51.2% in January, down 1.2 percentage points m/m.
