The draft expands the scope regulated by the law. Based on existing platforms and in-platform operators, it further clarifies the rights and obligations of other participants in the platform economy.

– UBS has significantly raised its forecast for memory chip prices, projecting that DDR contract prices will rise 32% quarter-on-quarter in the third quarter and 18% quarter-on-quarter in the fourth quarter.
 
– Doubao and Qwen Agent functions will be discontinued. Doubao announced that its Agent functions will be taken offline on July 15 due to product function adjustments. Qwen Agent functions and services will also be officially shut down on July 15. After the discontinuation, users will no longer have access to relevant Agent configurations and historical conversation records.
