-The news that Tesla’s robotics team has conducted factory audits in Ningbo has drawn widespread attention from the capital market. Industry chain sources disclosed that Tesla’s robotics team kicked off factory audit work at supply chain enterprises including Tuopu Group, Sanhua Intelligent Controls and Joyson Electronics last week. Moreover, contrary to online rumors that the audits were only taking place in Ningbo, this round of visits by Tesla’s robotics team also covered suppliers in the Yangtze River Delta such as Hangzhou and Shanghai.

-Data from the Online Real Estate platform shows that Shanghai recorded 1,495 online signings of secondary properties (including commercial premises) on September 19, hitting a new high for single-day online signings in the second half of 2026. As of September 19, the cumulative volume of secondary property transactions in Shanghai for September stood at 15,597 units, up 28% year-on-year.
