Investment across the entire hyperscale data center ecosystem could hit $1 trillion next year. Spending within the hyperscale data center ecosystem has more than doubled, rising from roughly $300 billion last year to about $700 billion this year.
-A new research report from Omdia shows that global semiconductor revenue surpassed $425 billion in the second quarter of 2026, hitting another all-time high. The market posted a record quarter-on-quarter growth rate of 31.4%. AI demand and robust memory chip prices remain the key drivers of the market, bringing total semiconductor revenue to $752 billion for the first half of 2026.
