-The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement, deciding to prohibit the export of all dual-use items to Japanese military end-users and for military end-uses, as well as for all other end-uses that help enhance Japan’s military capabilities.

-Premier Li Qiang of the State Council recently signed a State Council Decree to promulgate the Regulations on Commercial Mediation, which shall come into force on May 1, 2026. The Regulations are formulated to regulate commercial mediation activities, effectively resolve commercial disputes, protect the legitimate rights and interests of parties concerned, promote the development of the commercial mediation industry, and optimize the business environment.
