Policy
*The Central Economic Work Conference was held in Beijing from December 11th to 12th, Chairman Xi Jinping attended the meeting and delivered an important speech, who emphasized to actively and steadily resolve real estate risks, promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market, vigorously promote new industrialization, develop digital economy and accelerate the development of AI, stabilize and expand traditional consumption to boost bulk consumption such as NEV and electronic products, promote carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, accelerate the construction of a green low-carbon supply chain.
International Relationship
*Chairman Xi Jinping held talks with Ruan Fuzhong, the general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which pointed out that China-Vietnam relations will enter a new stage where political mutual trust is higher, security cooperation is more practical, mutually beneficial cooperation is deeper, public opinion foundation is stronger and differences are resolved.
Industrial Economy
*The 1 million-kilowatt offshore wind farm at Huizhou Port is fully connected to the grid, with an annual power generation of about 3 billion kilowatt-hours, marking the full completion and production of the first million-kilowatt offshore wind power project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
*The National Health Commission issued the “Management Measures for Medical Emergency Work”, which pointed out that the responsible unit should report the emergency information obtained to the local health department within 2 hours.
Financials
*Securities Association of China held a special meeting of the Fixed Income Professional Committee, focusing on the high-quality development of the bond market, which pointed out to further promote the innovation of bond products and increase the development efforts of industrial bonds.

Black series went down collectively, coking coal down nearly 1%. Agricultural products closed down mostly, RBD palm olein down 1.3%, No.1 soybeans down 1.11%, soybean oil down 1.01%.
