Policy
*Beijing issued a notice to further optimize and adjust real estate policies to better support the demand for rigid and improved housing, which proposed to reduce the lower limit of new mortgage interest rate policies issued by commercial banks. Lower the minimum down payment ratio for new mortgages while extending the loan term. Also Shanghai adjusted its ordinary housing standards and optimized differentiated housing credit policies since December 15th. And the minimum down payment ratio for first-time home buyers shall not be less than 30%.
