*The State Council conducted the sixth special study with the theme of “Establishing a sound fair competition system and accelerating the improvement of the national unified large market basic system rules”. Premier Li Qiang pointed out that promoting the national unified market construction has strong strategic and overall characteristics, which is crucial for both current and long-term development.
Industrial Economy
*MIIT issued the “Implementation Plan for Improvement of Data Security Capability in the Industrial Field (2024-2026)”, which proposed to increase the pilot application of multi-party security computing, data anti-extortion, data traceability, commercial password and other technical products in the industrial field.
*MIIT: Accelerate the high-quality development of industrial internet, and provide solid support for new industrialization, said by Jin Zhuanglong, head of MIIT.
*Shenzhen officially issued the “2024 Promotion of Automobile Export Work Plan”, which proposes 24 specific measures including increasing the production of export models by local automobile manufacturers, expanding the number of high-energy entities for second-hand car exports and accelerating the efficiency of handling second-hand car export procedures.
*CGIGC released January 2024 monthly report on China’s gaming industry, with the revenue of China’s gaming market decreased by 2.10% m/m and increased by 1.22% y/y.
