*Ministry of Agriculture and Rural and other 5 central departments jointly issued notice on accelerating the construction of drying capacity in grain producing areas which pointed out to make up for the short board of drying facilities and equipment and build a reasonable and systematic drying system in the grain producing areas in three years.
*China will firmly oppose that U.S. President Joe Biden is expected to sign an executive order around the time of the G7 Summit in Hiroshima, Japan, limiting U.S. investments in China, especially in AI, semiconductors and quantum technology, said by Shu Yuting, spokesman of MoF, whom also reiterated that China welcomes foreign companies to invest in China.
*National Health Comission issued to promote the construction of pilot provinces of elderly care services and the relevant situation of the pilot work of "Internet plus care services".
International Relationship
*FAR, Australia Trade Minister visit China from May 11 to 13, expressed to strongly advocate the full resumption of Australia's unrestricted exports to China. And MoF hopes that through this visit by FAR minister will further implement the important consensus of the Bali Island meeting between the two heads of state, exchange in-depth views on the development of bilateral economic and trade relations, properly handle each other's economic and trade concerns and promote the pragmatic development of China-Australia economic and trade cooperation.

*PBoC: According to the preliminary statistics, China April aggregate financing of cny 1.22t, up cny 272.9bn y/y, with mkt expectations of cny 1.72t and previous of cny 5.38t. M2 up by 12.4% y/y, with mkt expectation of 12.6% and previous of 12.7%. New yuan loans reached cny 718.8bn, with mkt expectations of cny 1.13t and previous of cny 3.89t, all missed expectations.
