Xi’s Emphasis
*The magazine “Qiushi” published an important article by Chairman Xi Jinping titled “To Promote the Construction of Ecological Civilization requires handling several major relationships”, which emphasized to take the thought of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era as guidance to correctly handle several major relationships.
Industrial Economy
*The “Shanghai Plan for Continuously Optimizing the Whole-Speed Classification System of Domestic Waste” further clarifies target tasks and related measures, which mentioned to deepen the promotion of source reduction, promote green catering, reduce excessive packaging in industries such as express delivery, takeaway and e-commerce.
*National Health Commission and multiple departments jointly issued a notice on the implementation plan for the health China action-cancer prevention andcontrol action 2023-2030, with the main goal being to further improve the cancer prevention and control system by 2030, steadily improve standardized diagnosis and treatment levels, curb the rising trend of cancer incidence and mortality.
*Guangdong Province issued several measures to reduce manufacturing costs and promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, whichproposed to implement tax policies for integrated circuits and industrial mother-machine enterprises. Support high-tech enterprises and specialized and special new enterprises to participate in the pilot of cross-border financing facilitation.
*MIIT recently issued notice to organize and carry out the collection of innovative products for intelligent detection equipment. The plan targets but is not limited to key areas such as machinery, automobiles, aerospace, electronics, steel, petrochemicals, textiles and medicine.
